  Gently informing me that I was stuck in Windows 7, the new Windows 10 Laptop AdNet suggested led me to chaos in my two businesses, and loss of valuable time and productivity. With transition problems growing and my learning curve not improving, Ad Net offered to get involved and resolve the issues. I didn't want to ask for individual help, but they have offered their time and direction, with a review of settings and demonstrations on the apps, which will hopefully jump start me into the next generation so I'm not left behind! Support is essential to keeping up with technology...I'm not willing to get lost in the dust! I am so grateful for their help and can only expect to receive this treatment from a locally owned business. If they can get me up to speed it will be a true accomplishment. And then I will be able to help others, so we'll all benefit!! Thank you AdNet! I promise a Fifth star when you get me to the comfort zone!
