  Never in my life have I lived anywhere within the United States that charges a $60 late fee if you're five days late paying your bill. But this is what I REALLY love about this city... These people KNOW that every retiree and disabled person gets their monthly check between the first and third of the month, right? So what does the City of Deland do? They end the pay period on the last day of the month and immediately fine you $10 as soon as you're one day late on the bill. Real nice of them, isn't it? Corrupt bsstards.
