I waited for thirty minutes with two sick kids after leaving the minute clinic and was told they couldn't get my insurance cards to work and it'd be an hour until they knew if they could take them since they only had two people working five windows. It was already 8:30pm. They said they would call me in an hour with outcome. I still haven't received a call. I am going to Publix where I have never had problems. I was hoping for convenience last night.
