  The Service is usually very good. The people are friendly and usually very knowledgeable. The problem is the store is in the stupidest place possible. There is barely any cell service at their own store. Dumb Dumb Dumb

  Tried to change in my prepaid account from a contract phone and add a line to add my daughter to my account. It went ALL BAD after I was approved for the services and the phones with their promotion they had gping on. They said I just needed to pay for the phones and it would be about 100.00 to 140.00 after taxes and stuff. I was good with that I had everything switched over to only have them say oh your total today is $398.87 How would you like to pay. I was dumb founded by then. I said you just quoted me a price of 140.00 at the most now you want almost $400.00 dollars from me? The lady said well it's 2 activate fee's and another line added fee along with 2 phones and a new contracts and number fee so that came to almost $400.00 dollars! I told her to change my account back to prepaid and I will just buy my daughter a phone like mine. Well the next month I get a bill and being u der a prepaid account you never get a bill. The lady switched me to a post paid account and I was charged almost $200.00 for one month ! Watch yourself with them cause I had to change carrier's and I couldn't even keep my number that I had gor over 10 yrs. And here is the kicker I was with At&t for just as long! They didn't care abput me as a customer so why should I continue to spend my money with them?!
