  I tried calling the number on the tag of the fire extinguisher in December because it was about to expire, but the number was disconnected. So, I call someone else - Advanced Fire Equipment in case you want to know and they showed up the next day. West Volusia Fire Equipment shows up a full month late in Feb to service it. (A month after it expires and fines could be charged). They were rude, snippy and nasty. A woman produced a paper and says you're due in January (HELLO? IT'S FEBRUARY!). I told them to kick rocks and on the way out the door the guys says "good luck, now you don't have your 6 year warranty". What warranty? You're no good at what you do anyway, much less servicing your customers after the sale. (Incompetent). They also don't have the best reputation when you call around either. West Volusia Fire Equipment - Next time try this "I apologize for being a month late sir. That's our mistake. If you've incurred any fines we'll take care of them and how can we earn your business back". Jerks
